After reporting here that the U.K. was receiving Micro Force figures before the U.S., I’m happy to report that they are finally showing up in the U.S.
I am fortunate to have 5 Targets along my normal travels and 3 more about 20 min outside of that. Only one store had Series 3; a majority of the rest just got Series 4 in, and one still has Series 2.
Here are Rogue One figures Chirrut and Baze from Series 3 and K-2SO and Cassian from Series 4.
Some of these Targets also had pegs for the Micro Force vehicles, which a helpful Target employee told me are scheduled to arrive beginning this week. And they are inexpensive! The two-packs are only $10 and the single packs are $6. That’s much cheaper than I was expecting.
Series 3 The Last Jedi figures Poe, Rose, Leia, BB-9E, and hologram Snoke
From the Solo movie, we have Series 4 figures Chewbacca, Mimban Trooper, and Lando
And lastly, we have reissues of the Clone Trooper and Pilot Luke (two of my all-time favorite figures) from Series 4 and a Jawa from Series 3.
I couldn’t resist throwing a Rogue One shot in to the mix. Series 5 has a Scarif Trooper to add to the Imperial side. Hopefully we’ll get a Bodhi and a Krennic to complete the main characters.
I still can’t believe my favorite toy line us back and has so many more figures to come!
I was going by a Target that is somewhat out of my normal rounds, so I decided to pop in just in case they had Series 3. And they did! Series 3 and 4 had both been out in the UK for awhile, and I was beginning to wonder if they were going to be released elsewhere.
I picked up three packs and got three new figures and some reprints from the original Fighter Pod series. I scored Snoke, Chirrut Imwe, and Rose!
I love the little Chirrut picture on the back!
As a bonus, due to what I’m assuming was a factory mistake, Rose came with not one but two Sandtroopers!
I’d heard that the new Moloch figure from Solo had a removable mask, but this is a whole new level…
Had to laugh when I saw this at Target today. I wonder how long it will take to end up on eBay as a “rare” variant figure…..
I’ve said before that I am the internet’s leading Fighter Pod/Micro Force customizer. I claimed this title because I seemed to be the ONLY Fighter Pod/Micro Force customizer. But no more! WOMPS reader bearfacedgeeks sent me pictures of their great customs along with descriptions!
Three different Ashokas – Rebels, later Clone Wars and the original
I liked that they did Clone Wars Anakin and Episode 3 Obi-Wan but not visa versa so I swapped heads on the two figures and painted them.
My 3 Rebels figures
C-3PO and R2-D2
Thanks for sharing bearfacedgeeks! Great job!
I picked up two new Star Wars Battle Rollers, Rio and Poe Cameron. I bet these two would have entertaining banter.
Jedi News has released a press image of the Series 5 packaging along with an actual figure shot of Enfys Nest from the new Solo movie!
I’m especially looking forward to Maz and Enfys Nest. The “thumbs-up” BB-8 looks cute too. I’m wondering if the Kylo Ren and Captain Phasma figures will be new sculpts or reprints of series 2.
I still haven’t found Series 3 and 4 yet, but I’m sure they will arrive in my area soon. I can’t believe how many new characters we are getting in a line that’s been dormant for five years! Thanks Hasbro!
About a week ago I posted that the UK had a different Micro Force Series 3 than we were getting here in the US (based on the photos shown during the big Solo toy reveal).
However, Hasbro sent out May the Fourth packages to some US-based Star Wars sites, and these packages included the same The Last Jedi-themed series 3 as seen in the UK, instead of the Solo-themed series 3 originally advertised.

To top it off, Entertainment Earth is now offering pre-orders for series 3pre-orders for series 3, with this handy little picture that I think shows which characters are packed with which characters.
I really don’t care which order the figures come out, as long as they are all released. I’m ecstatic about the figures pictured above and I can’t wait to have K-2SO and a goggle-wearing Chewie (among others) join them. Maybe we will see the Solo-themed line in the fall (maybe when Solo is released on disc?).
